• You will receive order confirmation within the next 24 hours from time of order placement. Please check you spam box, in case our order confirmation filtered out as junk mail.      
• For PayPal user, kindly click "Add to Cart" for your selected item and proceed to payment. 

• For international order, we ONLY accept order through PayPal Shopping Cart. Kindly click "Add to Cart" for your selected item and proceed to payment.



Payment Details

Singapore

• Upon receipt of our invoice, please make payment throught preffered payment method stated in your order form.
• JN's bank details will be stated in the Invoice (Options available: ATM, Internet Banking, PayPal).
• Payment via internet banking: Please provide us with the transaction reference number, name of transferor and date that transfer is made.
• Payment via PayPal: Kindly add your items to PayPal Shopping Cart and proceed to checkout.
• Payment via ATM transfers: Please provide a clear snapshoot of the receipt advice.
• Interbank transfers will require 3 working days for verification.
• Please note that payment has to be made within 1 day, failing which, we will not hesitate to release the item to the next genuine buyer. We seek your kind understanding and cooperation.

• We only accept PayPal Payment for international Order. Please kindly add your favourite items to PayPal Shopping Cart and proceed to checkout.
• Payment can be made using credit card / debit card through www.paypal.com without a need to create paypal account.

• Please note that payment has to be made within 1 day, failing which, we will not hesitate to release the item to the next genuine buyer. We seek your kind understanding and cooperation.

Exchange & Refund Policy

• All the items are duly checked before being sent out.
• No refund and exchange to be made once the order is confirmed and paid.
• Only items with manufacturing defects are eligible for exchange. Should we find the returned item not defective as aforementioned, item will be sent back and all postage costs will be borne by the customer.
• No exchange of purchased item to another design, size or color.
• Any defects should be notified immediately upon receiving your item(s), all exchanges are to be done within 24 hours.
• Postage fee for return/refund parcel will be at buyer's own cost.
• Items must not have been washed or worn prior to exchange. Goods must be in original condition to be eligible for exchange.
• Refund will be made if the purchased item is out of stock.
• For products shipped internationally, please note that exchange & refund policy may not be valid.

Terms & Conditions



• Please allow for 1cm variation in size. All measurements are taken to the best of our ability. In such case, the variance is not considered as a defect.
• All pictures have been processed to exhibit the true colours otherwise specified. However, as different monitor screens have different colours calibration, please allow for slight colour discrepancy. We seek your understanding as this is beyond our control. 
• Upon placing an order with us, we assume that you agree to all the terms and conditions stated herein.
